Policies & Information:

 

Check in and Check Out: 

Check in time is at 4pm on the day of your scheduled arrival day. Check out time is at 11am for all tents and RV's

Quiet time is 10pm-8am 

 

Cancellations: We will do a full refund of your stay within 14 days of your arrival. NO refunds will be given for early departure. 

 

Parking: 

2 car limit for tents and RV sites. You may only park in your site driveway and never in the grass. 

 

Firewood:

This will be available for $5.00 a tote/bucket.  Cash only and there will be a cash box on site at the woodshed. 

 

Use of Firepits:

Do not put trash, glass or plastic in the firepits at any time. 

 

Fireworks:

Fireworks are not permitted at any time on any part of the campground.

 

Smoking and Vaping:

There is NO smoking in all the belle tents and bathhouse. For the RV side please be courteous of your neighbors when doing so and make sure to properly dispose of all cigarette buts in the proper place. 

 

Decorations:

Please do not put any permanent decor or structures in the grass or around the picnic tables during your stay. 

 

Supervision of minors:

Parents are responsible for watching their minor children at all times. Especially in the bathhouse and belle tents. Please be aware of where your children are at all times. 

 

Bears & wildlife: Bears are very active in the Smoky Mountains. Please lock your cars when you come and go as they are very good at opening car doors. NEVER leave any food out over night outside or in the tents. Always take your trash to the dumpster and be aware of your surroundings. NEVER pet or feed a bear, this is illegal, and you can be fined 5,000.00 and up to 6 months in jail.

 

Pet Policy:

Pets are allowed for all RV sites only there are no pets allowed in the belle tents. Pets under 50 pounds and they must always be kept on a leash when outside. Please remember to pick up after them as well. There will be a 35.00 fee if you are caught not doing so. Pets are also NOT allowed in the bath house at any time. 

Cameras and occasional Drone Present for Security Purposes

 

No Parties at any time 

 

Financial Responsibility:

Please be courteous of the campground. Keep your tent or RV site nice and tidy and as you found it. All guests will be held responsible for any damages that occurs during their stay.

 

Left behind items: Outer Haven is not responsible for any lost or left items.

Bunny's Bungalow: 3 people max. 

Papaw's Place: 8-10 people max

Gypsy's BoHo Retreat: 2 people max

Jolene: 4 people max

RV SITES:

Are based on 4 people and 5.00 for every additional person 5 and above. Maximum occupancy 8 people.

 

Privacy Policy:

We will never give any guests information out other than to the reservation holder. We can only speak to the reservation holder for any changes that need to be made on the reservation or for issues during the stay.

  • -How far away is Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge from us?
    We are 19 miles from Gatlinburg, which is around 25 minutes and a little over 25 miles from Pigeon Forge and 30-45 minutes depending on traffic at the time.
  • -What items are supplied for our stay?
    We do the linens for all the Belle tents (sheets, blankets and pillows) Soap for the bathhouse and toilet paper/paper towels.
  • -What is the weather like in the Smokies?
    We always say prepare for them all. You can go through all 4 seasons in one day here.
  • -How far away is the Foothill's Parkway?
    We are 2.7 miles from the east entry to the Foothills Parkway
  • -What are the best places to see Wildlife?
    You could very well see some at the campground! But the best place would either be in or around Gatlinburg but ultimately Cades Cove would be a good day trip.
  • -What do we NOT need to bring?
    Towels for the bath house Shampoo and conditioner and body wash Trash bags Charcoal if needed for the grill
  • -When is the best time to visit the Smokies?
    Anytime is a good time to come to the Smokies! There is always something going on somewhere. Dollywood has things for every season and the streets of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge are always decorated for them all.
